Can you imagine a blend between Reese, Mr.Big and Crunchy chocolate bars??? Well, there you have it!! These crunchy chocolate peanut butter balls are exactly that! The best of them three together. Tasty, crunchy and sweet but light at the same time. We could eat them all the same day. Almost impossible to stop when you start. They are easy to make and they will please everyone I swear! Jean-Félix was like a kid on Christmas morning HA-HA-HA

When it comes to pasta… I’m not picky! I could even eat them just with salt and pepper! I think pasta is about 80% of our meal HA-HA-HA oui, oui, not joking! We are pasta lovers, pasta fans, pasta addicts! Hello, my name is Sefra and I’m a pasta addict! HA-HA-HA This recipe is probably the simplest one and also one of the best. 15 minutes maximum and you’re ready to eat the best pasta you could imagine! Sometimes, all we need is a little kick!! All of our ingredients seem boring. Salmon, chicken, noodles, veggies. We feel sleepy just thinking of cooking what’s in our fridge. But with a little bit of magic, everything can suddenly look delicious. This magic trick has a name: Homemade Teriyaki Sauce!! HA-HA-HA So simple, so delicious and so easy to make. In 5 minutes you’re ready to coat your salmon in your Poke Bowl or to stir fry your favourite noodles, chicken … anything and everything. This homemade Teriyaki sauce will enhance the most boring ingredient you have in your fridge. I’m pretty sure I could even get Jean-Félix to love Bok Choy simply by dipping them in my Teriyaki sauce… Ok… Maybe not that far… HA-HA-HA but almost!!

Today guys, it’s Banh Mi day! It’s amongst Jean-Félix’s favourite day. He’s begging for some Banh Mi almost every week! What can I say?? I think they’re pretty good! HA-HA-HA You can make Banh Mi with so, so, so many things. You have a lot of possibilities. Mine are made with pork meatballs. Those flavourful little meatballs are the secret of my crazy Banh Mi. (Ok… One of my secrets… HA-HA-HA but don’t worry, I will tell you everything)

Hello loves,

As you may know, Jean-Félix is a bartender. A crazy good one by the way and I don’t say that because he is the love of my life. No, no, no! I say that because I think he is amazing and I think all of you should have the chance to taste a cocktail made by him once in your life! I know most of you are far from us so please make yourself a treat and watch Jean-Félix’s videos on our YouTube channel, Truffles On The Rocks. That way you will be able to make a gorgeous drink by yourself and have the feeling that we are making a toast altogether!

The Italian wedding soup arrived in my life about 15 years ago. My uncle had a sandwich shop in Quebec City and he used to serve this soup as an appetizer. It was not a homemade soup (Shame on him … it is so easy to make HA-HA-HA) but it didn’t matter, I was in love with the flavours, the simplicity and the lovely little pasta (that were always overcooked … lol). So, as we all know that everything homemade is always the best, I decided to make my own.

As you know, we’ve been living in Bordeaux for 1 month and half now. We have such beautiful ingredients here that we don’t have in QC. It’s insane and it gives us so much inspiration to cook and to make cocktails. The first time I saw “Coquillettes” it was on an Instagram picture from the feed of a Bordeaux blogger. She was having brunch and she made a story about it. I asked her what it was but… No answer from her. Whatever HA-HA-HA!!! I did my own research and I found out what was the base of “Coquillette” recipes. So I created this one just for you with all my love!

When I saw this meal for the first time, I was obsessed by the beauty of it. When I knew more about what it was I was obsessed about everything. What a fantastic dish. Simple, tasty and healthy. It only takes a couple of minutes to create an unbelievable culinary experience. Jean-Felix his not a huge fan of plain yogurt so to please him, I added just a little bit of honey in his part! It’s all it took to make him enjoy that meal as much as I did … and you know what? It was really good. I think maybe next time I will put some in the entire recipe. HA-HA-HA

These little things are absolutely fantastic. The way they pop up in the oven brings a huge smile on my face and lots of child happiness in my heart! I don’t know if you have any kids but as both of us are, I can promise that this is the perfect recipe to make with them! They will love to sit in front of the oven window and watch them change. It’s exactly what we did. HA-HA-HA What??? Don’t judge … I told you … we are kids.
