When I saw this meal for the first time, I was obsessed by the beauty of it. When I knew more about what it was I was obsessed about everything. What a fantastic dish. Simple, tasty and healthy. It only takes a couple of minutes to create an unbelievable culinary experience. Jean-Felix his not a huge fan of plain yogurt so to please him, I added just a little bit of honey in his part! It’s all it took to make him enjoy that meal as much as I did … and you know what? It was really good. I think maybe next time I will put some in the entire recipe. HA-HA-HA

These little things are absolutely fantastic. The way they pop up in the oven brings a huge smile on my face and lots of child happiness in my heart! I don’t know if you have any kids but as both of us are, I can promise that this is the perfect recipe to make with them! They will love to sit in front of the oven window and watch them change. It’s exactly what we did. HA-HA-HA What??? Don’t judge … I told you … we are kids.

If you are following our Instagram account, no need to tell you that eggs are huge part of our menus. If I could, I would eat eggs every day. A good way I found to eat them as often as I can, is to mix them with all my other favourite ingredients. HA-HA-HA This time it’s with asparagus, butter and Parmesan cheese. WOW!!! Those four ingredients are simply perfect together!

To me, some of the best meals are the simple one. No need to go crazy with hours and hours of cooking to put something delicious on the table and to have an amazing time. As I am completely addicted to eggs, there are often part of the party! I love them in every way. Boiled, fried, scrambled, poached, hard … I don’t care!! For breakfast, lunch, dinner or late snack … No matter … I just LOVE them! So here’s one of several ways that I cook them.

When Sefra and I announced our friends and family that we would start a blog about food and cocktails, many asked us if we would do cocktail and food pairing. Even if I think that sometimes cocktails can be great friends with food, I honestly think that wine is so much better. Bottom line, my answer to this question was “no” unless I really feel for it and guess what? Today I feel for it.

The first time I saw Khachapuri it was on Instagram. I thought it was one of the coolest things to eat I ever saw. I didn’t know what it was at this moment. I did some research and I discovered that Khachapuri was a typical meal from Georgie. Apparently Khachapuri are everywhere there. You can find many versions of this popular meal but if you ask me, as soon as I saw, cheese, eggs and butter I was conquered and there was no need to look further… I had to try! HA-HA! I guess you’re beginning to know us a bit now. This is totally our type of food.

Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!!! What can I say??? I just love pasta! I love them so bad I could eat some every single day! Imagine when you are making your own pasta. The feeling we had Jean-Felix and I the first time we made a batch of fresh pasta and had our first bite was amazing. A mix of pride, power and feeling of ecstasy! HAHAHA It’s like… “OH MY GOD! Did we really make this?” What a cool feeling! Then if you mix your fresh pasta with some delicious mushroom braised beef, I can guarantee you’ll go straight to even! Hallelujah!

Since we are pasta addicts, you will see plenty of them on the blog but today, let’s talk about Carbonara. What a simple and easy recipe. When you start with the first bite, it’s almost impossible to figure how fast you can make this amazing dish! OK I ear from here all Italians purists screaming “’ What?? Garlic?? It’s not bacon but pancetta, why the white wine and blablabla??“ My answer … because it’s delicious and because every classic may be tweaked a bit sometimes.
