But with a little bit of magic, everything can suddenly look delicious. This magic trick has a name: Homemade Teriyaki Sauce!! HA-HA-HA So simple, so delicious and so easy to make. In 5 minutes you’re ready to coat your salmon in your Poke Bowl or to stir fry your favourite noodles, chicken … anything and everything. This homemade Teriyaki sauce will enhance the most boring ingredient you have in your fridge. I’m pretty sure I could even get Jean-Félix to love Bok Choy simply by dipping them in my Teriyaki sauce… Ok… Maybe not that far… HA-HA-HA but almost!!
I loooove meatballs!!! Doesn’t matter what kind of meatballs. Asian, Italian, Swedish… I don’t care!!! With pasta, in a bread, on rice, or with mashed potatoes, I still don’t care!!! Just give me some meatballs!! What about you??
Today guys, it’s Banh Mi day! It’s amongst Jean-Félix’s favourite day. He’s begging for some Banh Mi almost every week! What can I say?? I think they’re pretty good! HA-HA-HA You can make Banh Mi with so, so, so many things. You have a lot of possibilities. Mine are made with pork meatballs. Those flavourful little meatballs are the secret of my crazy Banh Mi. (Ok… One of my secrets… HA-HA-HA but don’t worry, I will tell you everything)
Japchae is a very popular Korean dish. It’s a festive meal and they serve it during their biggest holidays. For me, every day should be holidays so, I try to have Japchae as often as I can! HA-HA-HA Plus, it’s so easy to make and it’s absolutely delicious. The funny part is that you can enjoy it cold or hot. You decide! Honestly I prefer to eat it hot. All ingredients are individually prepared and cooked so it makes it even more simple.
I am a huge huge fan of soups! I mean, all kinds of soups. The only problem I have is called Jean-Félix! He is not! HA-HA-HA! Or maybe should I say, he was not. After several years spending together and after many, many, many soups, I think I succeed in making him enjoy most of them. It’s a big victory! LOL I’m still crossing my fingers about mushrooms. Yes … you read well… He hates mushrooms. I love to say that it is its only big default. But about all the rest, he is almost perfect! Says the girl who’s totally in love! HA-HA-HA
